Josh Cutler got his start in construction the old-fashioned way — swinging a hammer on residential job sites in Southern California. After years of hands-on experience working framing, finish carpentry, and full remodels, he founded Cutler Construction Services Inc. with a simple idea: homeowners deserve a contractor who shows up, tells the truth, and builds things right.

Over the past 25+ years, CCSI has grown from a one-man operation into a full design-build firm serving all of Orange County. Josh still walks every job site, reviews every plan, and personally ensures the work meets his standards. That hands-on approach is why clients come back — and why they refer their neighbors.

CCSI operates as a fully licensed (CSLB #B904334), bonded, and insured general contractor. We're EPA Lead-Safe certified and maintain active credentials with the California State License Board. Every project is permitted, inspected, and built to code — no shortcuts, no exceptions.
